For the weekend of February 14–15, 2026, we have prepared a special Valentine’s menu at the restaurant of Hotel Šipka. The menu is available on both days and is intended for both restaurant guests and those staying at the hotel.
The menu offers a selection of courses that you can combine as you wish. To start, you can choose between a rich meat broth with liver dumplings and homemade noodles, or a strawberry soup with mascarpone dumplings. As a starter, we serve salmon gravlax on rustic bread with mizuna salad and cranberry caviar.
Main courses include chicken supreme in two variations, veal ossobuco, or pork tenderloin cooked in embers. The dishes are complemented by either saffron risotto with Parmesan or parsnip purée with cognac sauce.
To finish, we offer strawberry tiramisu for two. The full menu is available at a special price of 690 CZK, including a glass of sparkling wine or wine of your choice. For hotel guests, the Valentine’s menu is included in their stay package.
