RESTAURANT with traditional cuisine and atmosphere

As part of a corporate teambuilding event, we had the opportunity to spend two nights at Hotel Gong and Hotel Šipka in Štramberk—and we were truly impressed. Both places pleasantly surprised us with their beautiful location right in the heart of this charming town, comfortable and clean accommodation, and above all, excellent staff who were helpful, accommodating, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay.

We were truly impressed by the hotel. A beautiful location, excellent cuisine, and clean, cosy rooms. What we appreciated the most, however, was the staff—everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. We would be happy to return. Thank you, and we highly recommend it!

After a full day of walking, we wanted to have a light dinner. We ordered kulajda soup, svíčková, and sweet buns with custard. Even though we shared the food as a whole family, we had a hard time finishing it. It was absolutely delicious, and the cherry on top was our smiling waitress, Ms. Anička.

Great food and atmosphere! The fried cheese was excellent, the halušky were hearty and authentic, and the schnitzel with potato salad was flawless. The lemonades were refreshing and delicious. Our waitress, Ms. Anička, was very kind and attentive. Thank you very much—we look forward to our next visit!
