Hotel Šipka is located right in the heart of the picturesque town of Štramberk, on the main square below the famous Štramberk Trúba tower. The twelve rooms are situated in two historic buildings, each with its own unique character. The hotel also features a restaurant serving modern Czech cuisine and two outdoor terraces, including a courtyard beneath the rock that is a true hidden gem of this place.

After a full day of walking, we wanted to have a light dinner. We ordered kulajda soup, svíčková, and sweet buns with custard. Even though we shared the food as a whole family, we had a hard time finishing it. It was absolutely delicious, and the cherry on top was our smiling waitress, Ms. Anička.
