Parking and Check-in
Hotel Šipka does not have its own reception. Check-in and payment for accommodation take place at the reception of Hotel Gong, Zauličí 410, 742 66 Štramberk. Upon arrival, a valid ID must be presented (ID card, passport, or another document); foreign guests are additionally required to complete and sign a registration form.
Parking is available in several ways. Near Hotel Šipka, parking is available for 100 CZK per night (the number of parking cards is limited). Upon request, a parking card can be issued at the reception against a refundable deposit of 1,000 CZK – the card is valid for any parking space on the square. You can also use the parking lot at Hotel Gong free of charge, subject to availability. Upon request, you will receive a card to open the barrier against a refundable deposit of 200 CZK. If these options are full or you choose not to use them, you can also park at the central parking lot, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from Hotel Šipka. Both cards must be returned to the reception of Hotel Gong upon check-out. In case of non-return, damage, or loss, the deposit will be retained in full.
