rom 7 to 15 November 2026, we invite you to Hotel Šipka’s restaurant for our traditional St. Martin’s Goose Feast. We have prepared a special menu featuring both classic St. Martin’s dishes and more creative ways of preparing goose.
What Can You Look Forward To?
Fans of traditional Czech cuisine can enjoy confit goose leg served with braised red cabbage and potato flatbreads (lokše) or potato dumplings. Our menu will also feature traditional goose soup (kaldoun) with homemade noodles and liver dumplings.
If you enjoy trying something different, we recommend our goose roulade with apple and horseradish mousse and chestnut purée. Another interesting combination is shredded goose breast braised in wine, served with tagliatelle, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese.
To start your meal, you can choose between two versions of goose pâté: one served with herb butter and pickled onions, and the other with fig dressing and a warm baguette.
