The Christmas season and the turn of the year are a time to slow down, come together, and enjoy a calmer rhythm. To give our team space for the holidays while keeping you informed, we’ve prepared an overview of the restaurant’s opening hours at the end and beginning of the year.
Opening Hours
From December 22 to December 25, the restaurant at Hotel Šipka will be closed.
This time is reserved for the holidays and preparations.
From December 26 to December 31, the restaurant will be open.
We will be happy to welcome you during the period between the holidays and the end of the year.
From January 1 to January 8, the restaurant will be closed again.
The beginning of the year is dedicated to a short break before returning to our regular schedule.
From January 9, we look forward to welcoming you back in full operation.
